The New Viceroy is a family owned business run by Mr Zak & Jab help of his family.
His love of cooking started at a very young age and he has vover 20 years experience within the Indian restaurant sector, helping to run a variety of family owned restaurant.
Jab finally achieved his dream of owing his own restaurantwith the help of his father in opening The New Viceroy.
All the recipes used to cook each individual dish have been passed down through generatios of the family mainly through his mother and grandmother.
Modern Indian dining now encompasses a variety of flavours fused from both Indian and Bangladesh and this is displayed every week with the Jab Weekly Specials.
A unique set of dishes crafted from a range of dishes to bring you to the latest flavours.
The New Viceroy is proud to only use the freshest of the ingredients in all of our dishes.
Recently Jab was nominated by the Euro Asia to participate in its Curry Awards competition against 5,000 restaurant from around the UK.
